Acceptable use
AutoLeads is for finding and talking to potential professional clients respectfully. This policy is part of the Terms of service; breaching it may lead to the suspension of the license.
Allowed
- B2B prospecting: contacting professionals because of their role or activity, with a message related to their work.
- Using your own LinkedIn account or that of a person in your organisation who authorises it.
- Connecting AutoLeads to your systems through its API.
Not allowed
- Contacting private individuals for consumer purposes (B2C) or minors.
- Sending spam, chain messages, misleading, offensive, discriminatory or illegal content, or impersonating another person or company.
- Using fake or bought accounts, accounts lent without authorisation or accounts of third parties who do not know.
- Selling, handing over or publishing the data of the people found, or using it for purposes other than your own prospecting.
- Contacting again someone who asked not to be written to, or removing their request from the exclusion list.
- Promoting regulated activities without complying with their rules (financial, health, gambling, etc.).
- Trying to turn off the program's limits, pauses or safety measures, or using it to attack or overload third-party services.
Good practices we recommend
- Start in test mode and review the first messages before turning on real sending.
- Keep the recommended limits and working hours, especially on new or little-used accounts.
- Identify yourself clearly in the first message and always offer the option of receiving no more messages.
- If LinkedIn asks you for a verification, solve it yourself before resuming.
