One person, one seat.
Each seat has its license key, up to 3 computers and several professional network accounts taking turns, depending on the plan. You assign seats to the people in your team and reassign them when someone changes.
Companies and teams
Each salesperson with their own account. You, with everything in view.
AutoLeads works on each person's computer, with their own professional network account and their own criteria. From your company account you manage seats, licenses, computers and invoices.
Control
You see which computers work.
Your account lists the connected computers, with their system, their version and the last time they connected. You can disconnect any of them remotely, for example when someone leaves the company.
Team
You invite, remove and grant permissions.
People join with their email. Whoever administers sees billing and manages the team; everyone else only sees their own: their license and their computers.
Caution
Each account, its own limits.
Working hours, a human pace and limits per account that never go up on their own. At any warning from the network, that account stops until someone looks at it.
Exclusions
One “no” counts for the whole team.
Whoever asks not to receive more messages is excluded on every computer of the company. It travels as an irreversible fingerprint: no names or links leave each computer.
Data
Conversations stay on each computer.
Each salesperson's contacts and conversations live on their computer, not on our server. With the Professional or Agency plan, the people who show interest reach your CRM straight away.
Volume pricing
The more seats, the less per seat.
The discount applies on its own when you choose the number of seats. Invoices in the company's name, with its tax number.

What teams usually ask.
Does the company see each salesperson's conversations?
Not from our server: conversations live on each person's computer. If you want them in a shared place, the Professional or Agency plan sends the interested contacts to your CRM.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
You disconnect their computers from your account, generate a new key for their seat if you want and assign it to someone else. The professional network account belongs to each person; AutoLeads does not touch it.
Can we start with part of the team?
Yes. Start with the seats you need and add more whenever you want from the subscription settings; the change is prorated.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes, it is part of the terms and is published under Data processing.
