Each person in the team has their own seat, key and computers. You see who is connected, assign licenses and invite or remove people from your account.

Questions about payment

Before you choose a plan.

How does the free trial work?

When you create your account you get 14 days of the full Professional plan, no card needed. If you do not choose a plan when it ends, the app stops working on the professional network, but your contacts and conversations stay on your computer. Nothing is charged automatically.

What is a seat?

One person. Each seat has its license key and can use the app on several computers (2 on Essential and Professional, 3 on Agency) and with several professional network accounts taking turns (1, 2 or 5 depending on the plan).

What does the AI include, and what if it runs out?

Each plan includes an amount of AI per seat each month, measured in tokens (the pieces of text the model reads and writes). You see how much you have used in the app and in your account. If it runs out before the end of the month, the tasks that need AI wait until it renews; everything else keeps working. You can move up a plan at any time.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes, whenever you want, from your account. Moving up a plan is immediate and prorated. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. No lock-in and no penalties.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown without VAT, with the total including VAT next to it for individuals. In Spain 21% applies. Companies in other EU countries with a VAT number do not pay VAT (reverse charge); outside the EU no VAT is added.

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe, the payment platform. We never see or store your card details. Invoices are kept in your account.

Are there refunds?

Since the trial is free and needs no card, periods already paid are not refunded: try it calmly first. You can cancel whenever you want and the subscription is not renewed. The details are in the Terms of service.
